No Charge, No Questions Lifetime Service Warranty

You are trusting us with your investment in new window treatments. That matters to us. We care about our clients and we care about your window treatments. That’s why we offer an unprecedented service warranty.

Most window treatment manufacturers include a warranty on the product and its components, from 10 years up to a “lifetime”. However their warranty does not cover service calls, so in the case of a manufacturer defect, you would still have to pay to have the technician come and diagnose the problem, and/or service the product for you. When you buy your window treatments from Relish, we will NEVER charge you to do a service call. Even if your grandkids pull the blinds off the windows, or your dog chews the remote and reprograms all the shades! Just call us and we’ll come help.

How does the Service Warranty Work? Here’s our Guarantee, in a nutshell:

We will perform the installation services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with (or above) industry standards. In the event we provide services that do not conform to this warranty, we will re-perform such services at no additional cost to you.

Regardless of the cause of the issue, we will provide a service call, within the Campbell River area, at no charge for as long as the original purchaser a) owns the property where the product was installed and b) lives on premise at least part time.

We will diagnose any issues with the product(s) and provide you with optional solutions (if any are available) regardless of the cause – at no charge; no questions asked, EVER.

If the issue is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will open a claim and facilitate the repair or replacement on your behalf – at no charge.

Any costs associated with replacement parts, shipping, out of pocket expenses or repairs that are not covered by the manufacturer‘s warranty will be your responsibility.

Not valid on rental properties or commercial applications.
